SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Allow 5-7 business days for USPS Standard Mail. Other expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that some large orders may arrive in separate boxes which will NOT increase shipping charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS:
All sales are final. If your item arrived damaged or destroyed, please email marketing@artidea.org, or call 203.498.1212, with your concern and we will work with you for a solution.

Please note: Shipping is a non-refundable charge unless the product was damaged or mailed you in error. In these two cases, a return label will be generated for you.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
International shipments are serviced by DHL Express, a global courier service with door-to-door tracking. While most customers receive their order within 1-3 weeks, this delivery time frame often depends heavily on the customs clearing process for your particular country.

All packages are shipped from the United States. Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of the Festival. Contact your local customs office for more information.
